Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations  
We currently ship orders from Romania to countries within Europe only.

2. Shipping Carrier  
All orders are shipped via GLS (General Logistics Systems).

3. Processing Time  
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to GLS for delivery.

4. Delivery Times  
Estimated delivery times within Europe:
- Romania: 1–2 business days  
- EU Countries: 2–5 business days  
- Non-EU European Countries: 3–7 business days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and external factors.

5. Shipping Costs  
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

6. Order Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a GLS tracking number. Tracking information will become active shortly after dispatch.

7. Customs & Duties  
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Delays  
We are not responsible for delays caused by GLS, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or high shipping volumes.

9. Incorrect Address  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

10. Failed Delivery & Returns  
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
